Ordering

Browse our collection, select the items you love, and add them to your cart. When you're ready, proceed to checkout where you can enter your shipping details and payment information. You'll receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is complete.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All transactions are securely processed and encrypted.

We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to make changes, please contact us within 1 hour of placing your order at support@moodlighting.com. Once an order has entered fulfillment, modifications are no longer possible.

Enter your discount code in the "Discount Code" field during checkout and click "Apply." The discount will be reflected in your order total. Only one discount code can be used per order, and codes cannot be combined with other promotions unless stated otherwise.

Shipping

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take up to 3 business days. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.

We offer Standard Shipping (5–7 business days), Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days), and Overnight Shipping for select items. Free standard shipping is available on orders over $150.

Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping typically takes 7–14 business days depending on the destination. Please note that customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and link. You can also view your order status anytime by logging into your account and visiting the Order History section.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Sale items and custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned.

To start a return, log into your account and navigate to Order History. Select the order containing the item you'd like to return and follow the prompts. Alternatively, contact our support team at support@moodlighting.com with your order number.

Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all accessories and documentation included. Items that show signs of use, installation, or damage may not be eligible for a full refund.

Absolutely. Contact our support team to arrange an exchange. If the replacement item is a different price, we'll either charge or refund the difference. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Products

Most Mood lights use integrated LED technology, which means the light source is built in — no bulb replacements needed. For fixtures that accept standard bulbs, we recommend warm white LED bulbs (2700K–3000K) for the best ambiance. Specific bulb requirements are listed on each product page.

Many of our lights are dimmable. Check the product specifications on each listing for dimmer compatibility. For fixtures with integrated LEDs, we recommend using a trailing-edge (LED-compatible) dimmer for smooth, flicker-free dimming.

Dust your lights regularly with a soft, dry microfiber cloth. For deeper cleaning, lightly dampen the cloth — never spray liquids directly onto the fixture. Avoid abrasive cleaners or chemicals. Always turn off and unplug fixtures before cleaning.

All Mood products come with a 2-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, improper installation, or normal wear and tear. For warranty claims, please contact our support team with your order number and photos of the issue.

Account

Click the account icon in the top navigation and select "Create Account." You can also create an account during checkout. Having an account lets you track orders, save your wishlist, access your Mood Profile, and enjoy a faster checkout experience.

Log into your account and navigate to the Orders section. There you'll find a complete history of your purchases, including order status, tracking information, and the ability to initiate returns.
