Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after we receive the item. Your bank may take an additional 5–10 days to post the credit.

Exchanges

Want a different size, style, or finish? We'll ship the new piece as soon as your return is on its way back — no need to wait.

Damaged or Defective

Arrived broken or not working? Contact us within 7 days with a photo and we'll send a free replacement or full refund immediately — no return needed.

No. We provide a prepaid return label for all eligible returns within the United States. International return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

We recommend using the original box when possible, but any sturdy box with adequate padding will work. Make sure the fixture is well protected to avoid damage in transit.
